Wicomico County Family Law Help Center

The Family Law Help Center is available to self-represented litigants every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m.-noon and Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. (excluding court holidays). Those in need of assistance with Family Law matters (divorce, custody, visitation, child support, guardianship, name change) will have the opportunity to meet with an attorney. Family Law Center attorneys do not represent center users in court but can assist them in selecting appropriate forms, completing those forms, and referring individuals to additional agencies and services as appropriate.
