D.C. consultations are held every Thursday morning and require an appointment. To make an appointment, please call, beginning at 9 a.m., on the 15th of the month (or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend, a holiday, or weather-related closing). For example, appointments for April are scheduled starting March 15.

Maryland consultations are held every Wednesday morning and require an appointment. To make an appointment, please call, beginning at 8:30 a.m., on the 15th of the month (or the next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday).

If you are a Montgomery County, Maryland resident in removal proceedings or a Maryland resident who has experienced domestic violence, forced labor, or other forms of human trafficking, please call 240-594-0600 to see if any consultation appointments are available.

Ayuda’s Virginia office is closed for immigration legal consultations for new and former clients at this time.

Ayuda aims to provide free legal services whenever possible. We are able to provide free immigration legal services, including consultations, to many individuals because of grant funding we receive. If we are unable to serve you for free, Ayuda’s legal consultation fee is $100. If you are unable to pay, please ask to apply for a waiver of Ayuda’s legal fees.
